Last year in my journal I had written down things I would like to create incorporating ASL. This pendant is an example of one of the things on my list. I have made this for my good friend Diane. We have an ASL Practice group on Meetup.com. Diane and I meet through the group, but as it turns out I went to High School with Diane and her sister Darcy. I am going to be offering these custom Glass Pendants on Etsy and eBay. Wish me Luck!

ReplyDeleteThanks Kaz! I really enjoy making the pendants.
ReplyDeletekudos to you! I know ASL and took the class at my local community college and have met so many people thru it! I worked at a Harley shop and always communicated with the NW DeafBikers group, the greatest group of people you could ever meet! Kudos!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your kind words. I hope to create more of these pendants and sell them on Etsy and eBay.
ReplyDeleteWonderful. I think it is great that you are incorporating ASL into your art. I am currently working on an altered book collaboration and the book I just received is on Helen Keller. So I will be adding some ASL on my pages too!
ReplyDeleteI imagine these pendants have been a great success - they really are quite wonderful and unique, too!
